Lesson 1 of 10

Prep a meeting in 10 minutes

You have a call with an operator tomorrow and ten minutes to get ready before it. This is the fastest path through Diggr to walk in prepared rather than guessing.

Operators

Try it now

Market → Operators in the menu.

What you do

  • Type a name in the search box to jump to a company.
  • Switch between everything Diggr holds and only the accounts in your mission, using the scope control above the table.
  • Sort by any column — subscribers, revenue, country — by pressing its heading.
  • Select several rows and save them as a list you can come back to, or hand to a colleague.
  • Press a row to open that company's page: it opens on Overview, with a bar of seven tabs across the top. What each tab holds is below.
  • On the company page, press the small mark beside any figure to see where that figure came from before you quote it.

Your work → Events in the menu.

What you do

  • Scan the shows, grouped by month, two columns wide on a laptop.
  • Read the fit line on each card: how many suppliers exhibiting there work with your target accounts, and whether one of your own targets is exhibiting or speaking.
  • Mark yourself Going, Maybe or Not going — that mark is private to you.
  • Open a show to see who to meet there, ranked by the most senior person you already know at each company, then by whether that company supplies one of your targets.
  • Write your ask and your talking points into the drawer beside each meeting, then export the lot as a calendar file or print an agenda pack.
