Private to your workspace

Your setup, notes, tasks, interactions, pipeline and anything you import are private to your own Diggr workspace. They are isolated to your organisation at the database level, are never shared with any other customer, and are never sold.

Your own contacts stay yours

Any contact details you bring in — from your address book, your CRM, or by typing them into a contact yourself — are your private data, held only for you and your organisation. They are never added to the shared public directory and never exposed to another customer. So when Diggr helps you reach someone, that comes from your record of that person, not from anything Diggr collected about them.

Read-only connections

When you connect a CRM or mailbox, Diggr reads to match your accounts and contacts against the market. Nothing is written back to your systems.

AI features

Your pipeline, projects and notes list are never sent to any AI engine. When you actively run an AI feature — researching an account or prepping for a meeting — only the inputs needed for that result are sent to our AI processing engine and returned to you; they are not used to train any model. You stay in control

You can edit or delete what you’ve added at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us — deletion removes your workspace data from our active systems.

How Diggr uses professional information

To help our customers prepare for meetings, we maintain a directory of telecom operators, their technology suppliers, and the professional details of the people who work at them — a name, job title, employer, and a link to a public professional profile. We do this because businesses have a legitimate interest in understanding who does what across their market, and the people concerned hold public-facing professional roles.

What we hold — and what we deliberately don’t

For everyone in the directory, only four things: name, job title, employer, and a public professional-profile URL (for example a LinkedIn link). Nothing else.

We hold zero personal contact details — no email addresses and no phone numbers, for anyone in the directory. We do not seek out home addresses, personal or work phones, or private contact details, and we do not collect anything a person has chosen to keep private on the original source.

Where it comes from

Public, openly available professional sources:

• company websites and leadership / “our team” pages
• press releases and trade press
• public business registries
• public conference and trade-show exhibitor and speaker lists
• a licensed professional-data provider (for public professional-profile information)

Every record in Diggr stores the source it came from, so we can tell you specifically where your details originated if you ask.

Why we are allowed to (our lawful basis)

Our legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — providing accurate professional-market intelligence to businesses. We have carried out a written assessment weighing this against the interests of the people in the directory. Because the information is professional, already public, about a work role, and carries no personal contact details, we consider the balance is met, and you can ask us for a copy of that assessment. We do not rely on legitimate interest for anything a person restricted or hid on the source.

How long we keep it

We keep a professional record only while it stays accurate and relevant to the market, and we re-check records periodically. Records that go stale are refreshed or removed. Raw source data is not kept indefinitely on an auto-renewing basis.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and where we got it (we will name the specific source);
• correct anything that is wrong;
• stop using your details (object); or
• delete them entirely.

The fastest route is our removal form at getdiggr.com/remove — tell us who you are and what you want, and we handle it. When you object or ask for removal, we act promptly and we add you to a do-not-re-add list, so the same details are not picked up again by our sources on a later update.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR applies to this directory even though Diggr is based outside Europe, and you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
