Zoom and Diggr

1. In Diggr, open Settings, then Email & calendar.
2. Press Connect Zoom, and allow Diggr in Zoom.
3. Turn on Read my recorded meetings.

You need a paid Zoom plan with cloud recording and audio transcripts turned on.

When you connect: your Zoom address and your Zoom user number.

Nothing else until you turn on Read my recorded meetings.

Then, when a meeting you host and record to the Zoom cloud has its transcript ready, Diggr reads that transcript once. Once an hour it also checks your recordings of the last 3 days, in case a meeting was missed.

Diggr drafts a note: what was said, what each side promised, and the follow-ups. The names of the people speaking are replaced before the transcript is sent to draft it.

The note waits on Today. Nothing is saved to a company until you press Log.

• Your Zoom sign-in, encrypted, until you disconnect.
• For each meeting read: its title, its date, the company it matched and the draft note.
• Never the recording. Never the transcript.
• When you press Log or Discard, the draft’s words are deleted. A note you logged lives on in that company’s history.
• Anything left untouched for 30 days is deleted.

When you book a meeting from Diggr and Zoom is connected, Diggr creates a Zoom link for it.

The invitation is sent from your own calendar, when you press Send.

Settings, then Email & calendar, then Disconnect on the Zoom card.

Diggr deletes your Zoom sign-in and withdraws its access in Zoom. Notes already waiting stay on Today until you log or discard them, or for 30 days.

In Zoom’s App Marketplace, open Manage, then Added Apps, and press Remove beside Diggr. Zoom’s steps

Diggr then deletes your Zoom sign-in and every meeting note waiting for you.

A note you already logged stays: it is your own record in Diggr. You can delete it from the company’s history.
